The full list includes Black Panther (Shuri), Blade, Captain America, Carnage, Danger, Deadpool, Doctor Doom, Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes), Green Goblin, Hulk, Iron Man, Loki, Magik, Magneto, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Peni Parker, Spider-Man, Star-Lord, Storm, and Wolverine.
It is a deliberately eclectic mix. Shuri rather than T’Challa takes the Black Panther slot. Ghost Rider is represented by Robbie Reyes instead of Johnny Blaze. Mutant fans get Wolverine, Storm, Magik, and Magneto, with Danger, a lesser-known X-Men character, filling out the team. On the villain side, Doctor Doom, Carnage, Green Goblin, and Loki give players plenty of options if hero punching is not really their thing.

Arc System Works has a strong track record with stage transitions in their fighters, so seeing that mechanic carry over here makes a lot of sense.
The stage selection covers a lot of tonal ground, from the cosmic (Knowhere) to the prehistoric (Savage Land) to the regal (Asgard, Wakanda). The X-Mansion rounds things out as a natural home for the mutant-heavy portion of the roster.
